Booked a table last night and got confirmation. When we were there a sign was closed, although it is open everywhere on the internet. Just bad and not recommended for me!

Really not recommendable! The only warm thing was the french fries. All meat burgers were served lukewarm and partially frozen from the inside. All burgers are frozen goods. No fresh goods. The vegetarian burgers were only rolls with salad and a lot of mayonnaise. Where's the veggie meatball? Food and service are a disaster. When we brought up our complaints, we became very rude and threatened to call the police to leave the premises immediately. We will never enter this place again.

!!NEVER AGAIN!! EXTREMELY rude !! and the worst food! I have never eaten so bad in a "restaurant"! The staff were so rude that the first time I have to write a restaurant review. A rating star is way too much because that was bad underground.

Absolutely not to be recommended. Disastrous frozen food that is served cold to make matters worse. Service is not available here. Rude waiters, rude cooks. Vegetarian offers are a cheek beyond compare. (TK burger bread plus carelessly tossed salad are considered veggie burgers there) The prices for these underground dishes are also not from bad parents. Complaints were answered with complete lack of understanding and insults. After complaining we were referred to the shop under threats to call the police. So far I have not come across more unprofessionalism.

The service was very nice, defies problems with the cash register system. But the food, "Ethnic Traveler Minority Schnitzel" was just a disaster.

The food was really bad. I don't know what that was, but for me it's not a currywurst. It was by far the worst currywurst I've ever eaten. The sauce was totally thin, you could literally drink it. The fries were already swimming in it. The sausage itself arrived totally fragmented.

Delicious food and nice service at fair prices!

Fast service and friendly staff. At least one service team member spoke English which helped. Menu items have mostly English titles but the descriptions were in Deutsch/German. In the evening it doesn't have a view to speak of but the inside of the restaurant itself was nice and cozy.

It's perfectly alright

Nice atmosphere, nice service. The food was presented in an appealing way, unfortunately the taste was completely bland. It had to be salted and peppered a lot in order to taste anything at all. About half of the tables were occupied, but the service was understaffed or overwhelmed. It took forever until the empty plates were cleared away, and we didn't ask for any new drinks beforehand, so unfortunately we ended the evening earlier than planned. It's a shame, but you won't see us here again.

Had on 12.10.2019 the dubious pleasure in this restaurant. The only drinks ordered, which were also brought quickly. Unfortunately you did not think it necessary to bring coasters you put the drinks on the tablecloth. Not bad, this was already dirty anyway . Then ordered food, which came after a long wait too. I had a pasta dish. When the pasta was cold as well as the Teller.Warm it should probably be through the sauce which was tipped on it. But it did not work. Meanwhile, it's a mystery to me how you can cook so tasteless. The dish was only spicy, nothing else. My companion chose a burger. The meat pad of the burger had probably a bit too long to enjoy contact with the hot pan, had rather the color of a brake pad. Accordingly, the consistency. For me, this place has more of the level of a third-rate fry smith. On me you do not need to hope as a guest.

Cocktails delicious, food in order, service has improved significantly since the store has a new manager

My wife and I were sent directly because we did not reserve. The bar was just half filled and the counter was free. We would have had 2 cocktails on the bar stool. We were not asked, as long as we stay or if we want to come back later. Lack of service behavior which we never had to get to know in fuller / bigger bars.

Very good address for easy and quick hunger. Very nice service. We always go there again.

The food was good. The service was unfortunately not. Two times wrong drinks brought and forget the sauces while eating. At the end there was the wrong bill. And all too slow. Too bad.

Very tasty food and friendly service. I've been there several times to eat or just to have a drink. On weekends it is often full and if you haven't reserved a table, you may not get any more space. The burgers are very tasty even if they aren't fresh patties. In addition, the ambience is very nice

Friendly and quick service, delicious food at a normal price, you can't expect more. Unfortunately, a bit loud, you should let an acoustic specialist take care of it. We will definitely get back.

The rump steak now ordered twice there. Unfortunately, the quality is not good. Unreasonable amount of meat for the price. Size of the meat is similar to a minute steak of about 130g for 17 € !!! Otherwise you can eat well there! Nice atmosphere.
